What is Design-Build? The design-build construction delivery method replaces the traditional method of separate contracts for design and construction. With the traditional method, owners must manage separate contracts between the home designer and the contractor. The design-build method offers a single contract delivery method where the owners and the contractor collaborate to build the owners desired home.
